โครงการปรับปรุงห้องบันทึกข้อมูล (Server Room Modernization Project 2026)
การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (Expressway Authority of Thailand - EXAT)
มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงสายไฟและสายสัญญาณ ณ ห้อง Server อาคารด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษเฉลิมมหานคร เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ISO 27001
EXAT intends to upgrade the electrical and signal cabling systems within the server rooms of the Chaloem Maha Nakhon Expressway toll plazas. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and comply with ISO 27001 information security standards.
1.ขอบเขตและพื้นที่ดำเนินการ (Scope of Work & Locations)
โครงการครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงห้อง Server ในอาคารด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางรวมทั้งสิ้น 9 ด่าน ได้แก่:

- ด่านดินแดง (Din Daeng Toll Plaza)
- ด่านบางนา (Bang Na Toll Plaza)
- ด่านดาวคะนอง (Dao Khanong Toll Plaza)
- ด่านสาธุประดิษฐ์ 1 และ 2 (Sathu Pradit 1 & 2 Toll Plaza)
- ด่านท่าเรือ 1 และ 2 (Tha Ruea 1 & 2 Toll Plaza)
- ด่านพระราม 4-1 (Rama IV-1 Toll Plaza)
- ด่านสุขุมวิท 62 (Sukhumvit 62 Toll Plaza)
รายละเอียดงานปรับปรุง (Key Improvement Specifications)
2.1 งานโครงสร้างและกายภาพ (Structural & Physical Works)
- ติดตั้งผนังและฝ้าสำเร็จรูป: Installation of prefabricated wall panels and ceiling systems.
- ปรับปรุงพื้นด้วยสี Epoxy Coating: Floor resurfacing with industrial-grade Epoxy Coating for dust reduction and durability.
2.2 ระบบจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ (Equipment Racking System)
- ติดตั้งตู้ Rack พร้อมจัดระเบียบสายสัญญาณ: Installation of standard Server Racks and comprehensive cable management (Cable Organizing).
2.3 ระบบไฟฟ้าและแสงสว่าง (Electrical & Lighting Systems)
- ติดตั้งตู้ Load Center ใหม่: Installation of new Electrical Load Centers for stabilized power distribution.
- เปลี่ยนโคมไฟ LED ประสิทธิภาพสูง: Replacement with high-efficiency LED lighting fixtures.
2.4 ระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออก (Access Control System)
- ติดตั้งชุดควบคุมประตูอัตโนมัติ: Installation of Automated Access Control Systems.
- รองรับการยืนยันตัวตน: Supports multi-factor authentication including Face Recognition, Fingerprint Scanning, and Proximity Card.
2.5 ระบบ Monitoring & IoT (Monitoring & IoT Solutions)
- ติดตั้งชุดจ่ายไฟอัจฉริยะ (Management PDU): Installation of Intelligent Power Distribution Units (IPDUs) for real-time power monitoring.
- อุปกรณ์ตรวจจับอุณหภูมิและความชื้น: Environmental Monitoring Sensors (Temperature & Humidity).
- การควบคุมระยะไกล: Remote monitoring and automated alert systems.
3. วัตถุประสงค์หลัก (Main Objectives)
- Reliability: เพื่อสร้างความเสถียรให้กับระบบโครงข่ายสื่อสารของด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทาง
- Security: เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลและพื้นที่ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 27001
- Modernization: เพื่อเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ระบบการจัดการห้อง Server แบบอัจฉริยะ (Smart Server Room)
